i made dinner last night
Two green peppers, cut in half and roasted at 350 until tender
1 red pepper chopped
½ onion chopped
½ tube Vegetarian sausage
3 cloves pressed garlic
4 okra, chopped
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Cook ingredients until tender and sausage is firm
Spoon mixture into bell peppers and put back in oven at 350 for 5 minutes or so
Top with chipotle cheddar cheese and broil until melted
1 can butter beans
½ cup of green onions
2 cloves pressed garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Put it in a pan and heat it up!
